Monica Dashwood

Monica has over 30 years of experience in Ontario’s real estate development sector. Focused on V!VA’s growth, Monica investigates new opportunities, negotiates land transactions, and oversees the development, leading project teams through the design and entitlement processes. In her previous role with an Ottawa-based, real estate finance company she gained a depth of experience in mortgage financing, portfolio management, and residential development. Monica is a passionate community volunteer and spends her spare time being active outdoors. She has a B.A. (Honours) from the University of King’s College / Dalhousie University.
