Jason Hager

Jason Hager has over 20 years of work experience in healthcare operations and leadership roles. Jason is currently serving as the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Vxtra Health, where they are responsible for leading the development and implementation of a unified value-based care benefit platform. Prior to their current role, Jason founded and served as President of See Results, LLC, providing executive advisory services to venture-backed start-ups. Jason also worked as the Client Success & Operations at zakipoint Health and as the Chief Executive Officer at WeCare.

Before founding See Results, LLC, Jason held several leadership positions at healthcare organizations such as Apostrophe, Inc., Bright Health, Colorado HealthOP, Anthem, and Coventry Health Care. In these roles, they developed and implemented operational strategies, facilitated sales, provided healthcare expertise, and led various departments including Enrollment & Premium Billing, Customer Service, Claims, Appeals & Grievances, Credentialing, and Network Operations.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated excellent leadership skills and has been recognized for their outstanding executive leadership. For example, they received the Super Nova Award in 2017 from Bright Health for their exceptional leadership in the prior year. Jason Hager's extensive experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in the healthcare industry.

Jason Hager briefly attended Delaware State University in 1992, where they studied Mathematics. Jason then transferred to Delaware Tech and studied Architectural Engineering from 1992 to 1995. In terms of additional certifications, Jason obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Incoming Call Center Management Institute in June 2005, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt from the Anthem Six Sigma Academy in September 2003.
