He is a multi-skilled professional with experience and expertise in all facets of talent sourcing, including talent acquisition, talent management, talent engagement, and finding growth opportunities for the company. He specializes in building teams and processes working alongside with the businesses. Thiru holds a bachelors in Computer Science Engineering from Anna University.
