LI ZHANG

LI ZHANG has been working in the accounting field since 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as an Accountant at Neovision Consulting Inc., where they prepared booking, monthly journal entries and account reconciliations with QuickBooks, prepared payroll and pay checks for firm clients, and prepared monthly financial reporting including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow, and variance reports. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Ross Rosenthal & Company, LLP, where they worked closely with tax supervisor in company’s on-site review, prepared federal and state corporate, partnership and individual income tax returns, per entity basis: Forms 1120, 1065 and 1040, and performed monthly-end and year-end closing activities including the preparation of Journal entries and reconciliation. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Accountant at TRAC Intermodal, where they prepared consolidated corporation federal and multi-state income and franchise tax returns including international forms 5471&8858 for 1 billion asset global transportation company, performed return to provision analysis and explained variance, and prepared quarterly tax provision, state effective tax rate, sales tax quarterly analysis, state income & franchise tax quarterly analysis. Since 2018, they have been working as a Controller at Skyline Emissions Inc. and as a Senior Accountant at EisnerAmper. In 2019, they also started working as a Controller at Vydia.

LI ZHANG obtained a Master's Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University - Newark in 2014. Additionally, LI ZHANG has obtained a CPA certification from the CPA (NJ Board of Accountancy).
