Ines Schiller has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2009, they started as an Assistant Producer at DETAiLFILM GbR. From 2011 to 2017, they co-founded and served as CEO of FOGMA, while also working as a Script Writer and Producer. In 2016, they were Head of Human Resources at Mein Grundeinkommen e.V. During their time at Mein Grundeinkommen e.V., they also worked as a Strategic Business Consultant for the pilot project Grundeinkommen. In 2018, Ines became an HR Manager at SO36 and an Overlanding Guide at Nomad Africa Adventure Tours. In 2018, they also started working as a Strategic Business Consultant for Europe's first Cultivated Fish Company, Bluu Biosciences. In 2021, Ines founded VYLD, a company focused on using seaweed for carbon-negative, nature-positive products.

Ines Schiller Ⓥ completed their education in a chronological order. From 2007 to 2010, they attended Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy Neurowissenschaften Kognition (PNK). In 2010, they also briefly studied Philosophy and Filmwissenschaft at the University of Zurich. In the same year, they enrolled at Filmuniversität Babelsberg Konrad Wolf and completed their studies in Film- und Fernsehproduktion, earning a Diplom degree in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Ines Schiller Ⓥ holds several certifications. In 2017, they obtained the FGASA Field Guide Level 1 and FGASA Marine Guide Level 1 certifications from Bhejane Nature Training. In 2019, they received the Naturalist | Wildnispädagogin certification from Wildnisschule Berlin. Most recently, in July 2021, they obtained the Rescue Diver certification from PADI.
