Vidula Hanmantgad has extensive experience in human resources and management. Vidula started their career as an Assistant Manager in Personnel & HRD at Boehringer Mannheim, where they focused on manpower planning, recruitment, and performance appraisals. After this role, they served as a Human Resource Representative at Mphasis, where they handled recruitment, campus recruitment, and performance appraisals. Vidula then worked as an HR Consultant at Think Ahead, where they formulated and implemented HR policies and provided consultancy services. Vidula Hanmantgad has a comprehensive education history. Vidula began their postgraduate studies in 2011 at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Management and Human Resources. Prior to that, in 1994, Vidula completed a Diploma in Personnel Management at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, specializing in Human Resources.
