Shashank Saurabh

Shashank Saurabh has a diverse range of work experience. Shashank started their career as a Trainee Business Analyst at Gerard Lighting Group Pty. Ltd in 2014, where they analyzed customer data and assisted in global sourcing projects. In 2015, they worked as a Research Intern at the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, focusing on blast design parameters and cost prediction in mining activities.

From 2016 to 2017, Shashank worked at Namekart as an Analyst, managing a large domain name portfolio and developing regression models to evaluate domain prices. Shashank then volunteered as an Education Volunteer at People's Action for Human Development Society (PAHDS) in 2017.

In 2017, they joined EXL as an Assistant Manager Consulting, where they developed customer marketing campaign performance trackers and algorithms to identify high-performing representatives. Shashank later became a Lead Assistant Manager and Manager (Senior Consultant) at EXL, leading teams and contributing to projects involving digital transformation, marketing strategy, and customer segmentation.

In 2020, Shashank pursued their MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School, specializing in Sustainable and Socially Responsible Businesses, Venture Capital and Private Equity, and International Business Strategy. During this time, they also participated in a case study competition, where they secured the 1st Runner-Up position and received a scholarship.

In 2021, Shashank worked as a Sustainability Consultant at Lucideon, assisting clients in implementing sustainable practices. Shashank also completed an MBA internship at Travis Perkins plc, specifically for Toolstation UK.

Currently, Shashank is a Product Director at Vyntelligence, starting in 2022. Prior to this role, they were a Pre-Sales and Product Marketing Lead at the same company.

Shashank Saurabh has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Alliance Manchester Business School, which they earned from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mining and Mineral Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi from 2012 to 2016. In 2014 and 2015, they pursued a Diploma in Microfinance & Entrepreneurship at the Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University. For their secondary education, they attended Allahabad Public School from 2009 to 2011 and Maharshi Patanjali Vidya Mandir from 1995 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Shashank is a Certified Impact Analyst from Impaakt and has completed KPMG's Six Sigma Green Belt Course.
