Lozen Liu

Lozen Liu has extensive work experience in the engineering and programming fields. Lozen began their professional career in 2008 as a Temporary Programmer for the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. In 2010, they took on the role of Programmer for ET Trade Limited. In 2011, they joined Divide™ (acquired by Google in May 2014) as a Senior Software Engineer, where they participated in the agile development of the Divide application (Android 80%, iOS 20%) and developed many cool features for the Divide application, such as Proxy and Keystore, Local file storage and detailed notification, Exchange ActiveSync implementation, and Branding and theming for enterprise users. Lozen was also in charge of the mobile application release process, triaged and fixed challenge technical issues reported from users (L3 support), set up and maintained the continuous integration system (Jenkins), and developed dev tools and scripts for the team. In 2016, Lozen Liu joined Vyond, where they held the roles of Director Of Engineering - Operations, Development Manager, Assistant Development Manager, Lead Engineer, and Senior Engineer.

Lozen Liu's educational history includes an exchange program at the National University of Singapore, a BSc (Hons) in Computing from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong. Additionally, Lozen has obtained several certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice, including ITIL v4 Managing Professional (2021), ITIL Continual Service Improvement (2019), ITIL Service Strategy (2019), ITIL Service Design (2019), ITIL Service Operation (2019), and ITIL Service Transition (2019).
