Alfredo Ramirez

Alfredo Ramirez is the current President, CEO, and Co-Founder of Vyopta Incorporated. Alfredo has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management in a variety of industries.

Ramirez began their career in 1992 as a Senior Consultant/Analyst for Sales Automation at Trilogy. Alfredo then moved on to Ignite Technologies where they were Manager of Global Customer Care from 1994 to 1995. In 1996, they became President and CEO of Daman Consulting, where they worked until 1998.

In 1999, Ramirez co-founded Vitalz (acquired by Oracle) and backed by Internet Capital Group (Healthcare) and known Angel investors. Vitalz created one of the healthcare industry's first web-based, integrated enterprise scheduling and resource management solutions designed to enhance visibility to patient demand. These solutions empowered healthcare organizations to optimize resource deployment and effectively manage costs, increase revenues and improve patient service. Company was sold to Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) in 2002.

From 2004 to 2006, Ramirez worked as Vice President Sales and Marketing at Dematic. There they led Sales and Marketing of Reddwerks (acquired by Dematic). In their current position at Vyopta Incorporated, Ramirez has continued to grow the company since its founding in 2006. Vyopta is the leading provider of video collaboration analytics that help organizations increase adoption, utilization & productivity from their video conferencing & web meeting investments.

Alfredo Ramirez has a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
