Stephen Jones

Stephen Jones has extensive work experience in the technology and financial sectors. Stephen is currently serving as the SVP, Head of Application Development and IT Quality Assurance at VyStar Credit Union, where they lead the IT Development and Testing organizations. Stephen collaborates with other senior leaders to build and execute strategic priorities while modernizing and optimizing work processes. Prior to this, they worked at Citi for several years, holding various roles such as Head of Fraud Prevention Technology, Business Technology Specialist, and VP, Senior Business Analyst. Stephen was responsible for developing and leading technological advancements in digital authentication solutions, managing complex business stakeholders, and defining strategic technical objectives. Stephen also participated in Citi's Technology Leadership Program, gaining experience in different teams and positions within the organization. Earlier in their career, they served as an IT Project Manager, overseeing the management and completion of major projects.

Stephen Jones earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2012. Stephen also obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the International Institute for Learning, although the date of completion is unspecified.
