Duncan Anderson Ma

Duncan Anderson MA, MSc, Chartered MCIPD is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategic HR management and project oversight. Currently serving as Transition Programme Manager at Vysus Group since October 2020, Duncan leads the PMO for a complex private equity carve-out and acts as the primary contact for the seller’s organization. As an External Examiner for the MSc HRM program at Robert Gordon University, Duncan ensures the relevance and robustness of course content. Previously, Duncan spent over 22 years at Lloyd's Register, holding various strategic HR roles, including Strategic HR Business Partner and HR Projects Manager, where significant systems upgrades and organizational design projects were delivered. Earlier career roles include Training & Development Officer at AMEC and Recruitment Consultant at AKER Contracting. Duncan holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and an MA in Psychology from the University of Dundee.
