Ole Scharpen

Ole Scharpen has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Ole began their career as a Hospitality and Catering Apprentice at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München, where they worked from September 2010 to February 2013. Ole then joined Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea as a Management Trainee from August 2014 to February 2015. After that, they worked as a Sales Representative at Expedia, Inc. from August 2014 to July 2016.

In 2016, Ole joined Netigate, first as an Account Manager from July 2016 to April 2018, and later as the Head of Account Management, DACH from May 2018 to June 2019. Following this, they worked at foodpanda Deutschland as a Teamlead for Onboarding & Incubation from June 2021 to February 2022.

From 2019, Ole became the Managing Partner at digitell.me GmbH, where they are responsible for managing the company. Since February 2022, they have held the position of Head of Partner Management at Vytal | Das Mehrwegsystem.

Ole Scharpen completed their education at the IU International University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2016. During this period, they attained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Hospitality Management.
