Sandy L. Flores, PhD, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional in talent development and higher education, currently serving as Talent Development Manager at Vytl Controls Group since April 2024. With extensive experience in various educational roles, including adjunct and part-time faculty positions at institutions such as Wilmington University, University of Northwestern Ohio, and The University of Texas at San Antonio, Sandy excels in delivering online and face-to-face lessons. Prior leadership roles include Senior Manager of Global Learning & Development at Westlake and Director of Leadership Programs at Phillips 66, where Sandy spearheaded multiple initiatives enhancing leadership capabilities. Sandy holds a PhD in Leadership Studies and several advanced degrees, including a Master of Education in Instructional Systems Design & Technology and dual master's degrees in Management/Leadership and HR Development.
