Aleš Mikeln

Ale Quintero is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Design at Cooler since July 2023, Ale has previously held significant roles including Lead Product Designer at Healthy Together, where contributions were made towards the future of health and human services. As Lead Experience Designer at Sofía, innovative approaches to health insurance were developed. Ale's design career began with a freelance practice at Alejandra Quintero Design, assisting startups and early-stage companies in creating strong brand experiences. Co-founding The Handsome Pig, involvement included product concept development and business strategy. Early career experiences also encompassed designing for notable clients at Rehilete Estudio Creativo and collaboratively developing brand strategies for ecotourism in Oaxaca. Ale Quintero holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
