Marcella Mathes

Marcella Mathes has extensive experience in finance and process improvement roles. Marcella started their career at Accenture in 2002, where they held various positions in finance and outsourcing over a span of 15 years. In 2017, they moved to Avast Software as the Finance Operations and Procurement Director before joining RSM Technology CZ in 2019 as the Process Improvement Manager. Currently, Marcella serves as the Head of Finance Processes at W.A.G. payment solutions | EUROWAG, where they continue to lead and optimize financial processes.

Marcella Mathes obtained a Master's degree in Accountancy and Auditing from the University of Economics in Bratislava in 2006. Marcella later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Economics and Management from SAU - Faculty of Economics and Management from 2010 to 2012. Marcella also holds certifications in IFRS/US GAAP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
