Laura Camargo

Laura Camargo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. As Co-Founder and CEO of Neofin since September 2022, Laura is dedicated to building a mission-driven team. Laura also serves as Associate Member at W-CFO Brazil and has co-founded Inventa, where roles included CFO and overseeing people operations. Laura's previous positions include VP of Finance & Strategy and Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Gympass, and Private Equity Investment Professional at General Atlantic and Pátria Investimentos. Early career experience includes credit risk analysis at Banco Santander. Laura holds an Executive Education degree in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade de São Paulo.
