Francisco Garcia is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in program administration, contract management, and educational roles. Currently serving as Contracts Administrator and Program Administration Manager at the W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research since September 2021, Francisco has previously held significant positions, including Claims Investigator at the Indiana Department of Workforce Development and a dual role in the Office of Community Investment with the City of South Bend.
