Daniele Paderno

Daniele Paderno currently holds the position of CIO at W Group and has been responsible for managing, implementing, and developing the ERP system and various software applications. Additionally, Daniele is in charge of the IT infrastructure across 80 branches in northern and central Italy. With a background in hardware and systems, Daniele also worked as a Technician at MAW, providing second-level IT support and assisting in new IT projects. As an Innovation Manager at MAC Men at Code, Daniele spearheads innovation initiatives. With a Master's degree in Technology & Design Strategy Innovation and various certifications in project management and IT processes, Daniele is well-equipped to handle complex IT and innovation challenges.
