Ken Dean

Ken Dean is an experienced construction project executive with a strong background in residential multifamily construction. Currently serving as a Project Executive at W. L. Butler since December 2012, Ken has been instrumental in reinvigorating the company's presence in the sector. Prior roles include Multi-Family Construction Project Manager and various positions at Regis Contractors of Northern California, where Ken managed significant projects such as a 132-unit apartment complex in Redwood City and various renovation initiatives. Ken started the career with an internship at Applied Materials, focusing on process improvement, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
