Chris Barnes

Chris Barnes, MBA, is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in retail management and sales operations. Currently serving as Sales Director at W.M. Barr & Company, Inc. since November 2019, Chris previously held various roles at Lowe's Companies, Inc., including Senior Merchant and National Account Manager, specializing in grills and merchandising for various product categories. Prior to this, Chris spent over a decade at Harris Teeter, rising through the ranks from Customer Service to Co-Manager, where responsibilities included managing up to 110 associates and driving significant sales growth. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer and Information Systems from Appalachian State University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership from Pfeiffer University.
