Schultz Construction, Inc. since April 2005, serving initially as Vice President of Construction until April 2023, when Michael transitioned to the role of Vice President of Preconstruction Services. With over 18 years of experience in various construction management capacities, Michael Conaway has demonstrated a strong expertise in overseeing construction projects and leading preconstruction initiatives.
