Michael Beckert

Michael Beckert is a Senior Content Editor at W Magazine. Michael has previously worked as a Digital Visuals Editor, Production Assistant, Studio Intern, Dog Walker, Photography Department Intern, and Resident Assistant. Michael has also interned for Olivia Bee and worked as a cashier for Yophoric Frozen Yogurt. Michael began their career as a Test Shoot Photographer for Ford Models, Inc. in 2010.

Michael Beckert's educational career began at the Tisch School of the Arts, where they studied photography and imaging within emerging media and art history. Michael then went on to receive their International Baccalaureate Diploma from West Morris Mendham High School, where they graduated with a 3.9/4.0 GPA.

They work with Oona Wally - Senior Visuals Editor, Hannah Westbrook - Associate Visuals Editor, and Rachel Pincus - Visuals Edito. Michael Beckert reports to Alexandra Ben-Gurion, Visuals & Content Director.
