Richard Vilsack Jr

Richard Vilsack Jr is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software development and system architecture. Currently serving as a System Architect and C# Developer at W.N. Tuscano Agency since June 2016, Richard has previously held positions as a .NET Developer at ATI Flat Rolled Products and HR Screening Services, and as a Software Developer at Tube City IMS. Richard began the career at HR Screening Services in an IT role before advancing to more specialized development positions. Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology for Managers from Point Park University and an Associate’s degree in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute.
