Zachary Frederick

Zachary Frederick is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in management and technical support. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Echo IT Consulting LLC since May 2021, Zachary has also held various roles at W.N. Tuscano Agency since April 2001, including IT Manager, Systems Manager, and Desktop Support Technician. In these positions, responsibilities have included managing IT initiatives, creating and enforcing technical standards, initiating purchases, providing application support, and implementing a paperless system.
