Walter Jameson

Walter Jameson currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Capital Markets at W. P. Carey Inc. since February 2022. Prior to this role, Walter held the position of Senior Associate in Investment Banking at Citi from July 2019 to February 2022, specializing in the Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging Group. Walter began their career as a Project Manager at Nexius, where responsibilities included working with Cox Communications from May 2014 to May 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering (Mechanical Systems) from The University of Georgia (2009-2013), alongside a brief educational experience at Universität Innsbruck in 2011. Walter’s foundational education was completed at The Westminster Schools, graduating in 2009.
