Matthew Resendez

Matthew Resendez has diverse work experience in the chemical engineering field. Matthew worked as a Lead Chemical Process Engineer at W. R. Grace & Co., where they played a key role in the development of a Basic Engineering Design Package for a new UNIPOL® PP plant. Their responsibilities included managing deliverables, reviewing client deliverables, and designing plant raw materials purification areas.

Prior to this, they worked as a Process Engineer at Jacobs, where they contributed to the PDP phase of a UNIPOL® PE plant project. Matthew was responsible for the catalyst injection system and played a role in maintaining design tools and improving calculation methods.

Matthew also gained experience as a Chemical Engineering Intern at AC&S Inc., where they drafted the entire plant facility using AUTOCAD and overhauled the P&ID archive. Additionally, they worked as a Chemical Technician at Intertek Laboratories Inc., operating lab equipment and analyzing client samples.
