Nancy Yan

Nancy Yan is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in talent acquisition, development, and management across various industries. Currently serving as HR Manager at 格雷斯 since February 2021, Nancy provides full HR support to employees in China, Japan, and Hong Kong. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at Sulzer and Talent Management Manager at Inteva Products, where Nancy focused on staffing strategies and talent development for the China region. Nancy began the career as a Staffing Leader at Tetra Pak, leading significant HR initiatives for the Greater China cluster, and has also worked in HR roles at Accenture and Neusoft. Nancy holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Dalian University of Foreign Languages.
