Emmy Kaplan

Emmy Kaplan is the CEO of Emmy's Spaghetti Shack and a licensed real estate agent at W Real Estate. Emmy also created Sonoma Valley Green Music Festival, the first "green" festival in Sonoma. Emmy has studied at Academy of Art University, City College of San Francisco, and Santa Rosa Junior College.
