Aamir Burki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in merchandising content, digital strategy, and product information management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Merchandising Content & Search at Grainger since April 2018, Aamir leads a multinational team of 180 members in driving content strategy and site search initiatives. Prior to this role, Aamir successfully transformed Grainger's Product Master Data practice and established a formal Data Governance framework. Aamir's career includes significant contributions at Codifyd as Principal Consultant & Practice Lead for Digital Strategy, where Aamir provided strategic insights to B2B organizations through digital transformation projects. Earlier roles spanned digital indexing and web design at World Book, Macmillan Publishing, and McMaster-Carr. Aamir holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Philosophy from Indiana University Bloomington.
