Adrienne Lo is an experienced leader in talent development and analytics with a strong track record in the corporate sector. Currently serving as Director of Talent Development at Grainger since August 2019, Adrienne partners with global supply chain and customer experience teams to craft strategic talent plans and implement performance management solutions. Prior to Grainger, Adrienne held various strategic roles, including Senior Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant at Lockheed Martin and Manager of Human Capital Management at AstraZeneca, focusing on workforce-related talent gaps and human capital risks. With a background in consulting from firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Mercer, Adrienne brings expertise in maximizing workforce value through analytics and developing tailored engagement strategies. Adrienne's educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Yale University.
