Gloria Morgan

Gloria Morgan, PHR, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Community Impact at Grainger since December 2019. Prior to this role, Gloria was the Vice President of Human Resources and Human Resources Operations at Alight Solutions from February 2017 to December 2019, providing HR leadership and organizational support. Between January 2012 and January 2017, Gloria held the position of Sr. Director of Human Resources at Aon, overseeing HR delivery for approximately 3,000 colleagues globally. Gloria's extensive experience at Aon also includes roles as North American Transitions Program Director and various HR consultant positions. Gloria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Barat College of DePaul University, earned between 1996 and 2001.
