Laté L. has extensive experience in data integration, business intelligence, and information management, currently serving as Sr. Director of Customer Information Design & Operations at Grainger since February 2015. Prior to this role, Laté held the position of Director of Data Strategy at the same company and served as Director of Information Analytics & Innovation at Sears Holdings Corporation from February 2011 to January 2015. Earlier career stages included roles as Director of Information Management at US Cellular and Manager of Application Development, where responsibilities included overseeing data management and business intelligence functions. Laté began a career in consulting as a System Architect & Project Manager at ThinkFast Consulting and worked as Decision Support Manager at ALLTEL. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Lomé.
