Domantė Slapšinskaitė

Todd Moore-Doman is an experienced grant and research development specialist currently working at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga since October 2012. Prior to this role, Todd served as Grant Writer III at Southcentral Foundation from November 2009 to February 2012, where responsibilities included developing health care-related projects for various proposals. Todd also held the position of Grant Writer at Mountain States Health Alliance from April 2006 to March 2009, focusing on pre-award project development to meet community needs. Earlier experience includes serving as ETRC Manager at East Tennessee State University from June 1999 to June 2005, overseeing a wide range of technology-related tasks, and working as a Graduate Assistant involved in developing multimedia classrooms. Education credentials include a Master’s degree in English and a Bachelor’s degree in English, both from East Tennessee State University.
