Connor Zaleski has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Starting in 2015, they worked as an Electrical Assembly Intern at Reading Bakery Systems, where they gained exposure to industrial manufacturing for the snack foods industry. In 2016, they interned as a Manufacturing Operations Future Leader at PepsiCo, where they developed waste solutions and participated in waste analysis for Frito-Lay York. During their final year at Penn State University, they served as a Research Assistant, contributing to a research project focused on recreating a Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) for imaging vegetation in the Amazon Rainforest.
After graduating, Connor joined Uber in 2017 as a Development Vehicle Operator, responsible for operating autonomous vehicles. Connor later transitioned to the role of Autonomy Test Analyst and then Senior Autonomy Test Analyst, specializing in testing autonomous technology. From December 2019 to January 2021, they worked as a System Engineer at Uber.
In 2021, they joined Aurora as a System Engineer, and later served as a System Test Engineer II. Connor'sresponsibilities included testing and validation of systems. Currently, in 2022, they are a System Validation Engineer II at Waabi, continuing to contribute to system validation efforts.
From 2013 to 2017, Connor Zaleski attended Penn State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering.
