Frits Bigham

Frits Bigham has an extensive work experience in talent acquisition and university recruiting. Frits is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Waabi, starting in July 2022. Before that, they worked at Aurora as the Director of Talent Acquisition from August 2021 to July 2022, and as the Head of University Recruiting from January 2021 to August 2021. Prior to Aurora, Frits worked at Uber in various roles, including Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, Manager of Talent Acquisition, Senior Technical Recruiter, and Technical Recruiter, from 2016 to 2021. Frits also gained experience at DICK'S Sporting Goods as a University Relations Recruiter from 2013 to 2016. Frits began their career at the University of Miami, where they held multiple positions at the Toppel Career Center and Financial Assistance Services from 2007 to 2013.

Frits Bigham earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Penn State University, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Later on, they pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Science in Education with a specialization in Higher Education Administration - Enrollment Management from the University of Miami. This degree was acquired from 2007 to 2009.
