Carey Jacquinot

Carey Jacquinot, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving in Human Resources Management at Wabash since May 2022, Carey previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Victor Community Support Services, where responsibilities included consulting with executive leadership and managing the transition to a Human Capital Management system. Prior roles encompass a Human Resources Director at IGT, where performance strategies and employee engagement improvements were key focuses, and a Human Resources Business Partner at Dignity Health Medical Foundation, which involved compliance and collective bargaining negotiations. Additional experience includes the Regional Human Resources Manager role at First Data and Human Resources Manager position at The Home Depot, alongside earlier work as an HR Generalist at Blue Shield of CA. Carey holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources from California State University-Sacramento.
