Scott Rozzi's work experience includes holding multiple roles at Wabash, starting as a Human Resources Director in October 2018 and progressing to the position of People Operations Senior Director in February 2020. Scott currently serves as the Vice President of People Operations. Prior to Wabash, Scott worked at Ford Motor Company for nearly two decades. Scott'sroles at Ford included Human Resources Manager for various departments, such as Marketing, Sales & Service and the Kansas City Assembly Plant. Scott also served as a Labor Relations Manager and Senior Labor Relations Representative, gaining extensive experience in contract negotiations and maintaining positive Union/Management relations.
Scott Rozzi completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Indiana University Kokomo from 1993 to 1997. Scott further pursued their education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1999 to 2000, where they obtained a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MHRIR) degree. In addition to their academic qualifications, Scott Rozzi also received a certification in "The HR-Executive Suite Connection" from Harvard Business School Executive Education in June 2022.
