Ashley Trott

Ashley Trott has diverse work experience in the engineering field. Ashley currently works as a Lead Test Engineer at Wabtec Corporation, starting in November 2023. Prior to this role, Ashley worked at Phoenix Laser Solutions/Phoenix Technical Solutions as an Emissions and Engine Performance Engineer at Wabtec, starting in August 2021 and continuing until their current position. In this role, they developed and implemented strategies to improve emissions and engine performance on locomotives. Ashley also collaborated with cross-functional teams and ensured compliance with EPA emission guidelines. Before joining Phoenix Laser Solutions, Ashley worked at Modern Industries Inc. as a Technical Services Engineer and Mechanical Testing Department Lead from August 2017 to August 2021.
