Mary Beth McCreadie, PHR, CPP

Mary Beth McCreadie, PHR, CPP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Mary Beth began their career in 1988 at Software Plus as a Finance and Administrative Assistant. In 1987, they joined Janis Group, Inc. (JGI) as a Director of Human Resources/Payroll and held this position until 2012. During their time at JGI, they also served as a Director of Human Resources at Wacoal America starting in 2014, where they currently hold the position of Director of Human Resources. Additionally, from 2005 to 2008, they worked at Human Capital Resources (HCR Software Solutions) as a Human Resources Manager.

Mary Beth McCreadie, PHR, CPP completed their education at Taylor Business Institute, where they focused on Accounting and Business/Management. Mary Beth obtained additional certifications from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) for Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) in both 2011 and 2021. Additionally, they received the Certified Payroll Professional certification from the American Payroll Association (APA) in 2008.
