Sheena Cox

Sheena Cox is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Waddesdon – A Rothschild House & Gardens, serving as Generalist HR Manager since October 2014 after a restructure during Covid19. In this role, Sheena provides comprehensive business support to the Head of HR and manages the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit interviews. Previously, as RWL Staff Support Manager, Sheena oversaw operational HR functions for retail and catering, including recruitment, training, and staff management. Additionally, Sheena has a strong background in retail management, having held various positions at Waddesdon Manor and other health food businesses, where skills in team leadership, operations oversight, and customer service were honed. Educational credentials include a Level 3 CIPD Certificate in Human Resources obtained in 2019 and a diverse range of training in safeguarding and business management.
