Thiagu Kandasamy is a Contracts Engineer with experience in managing cost controls, quantity surveying, and change control processes for Wade Adams Contracting LLC. Prior to this, they worked as a Quantity Surveyor at AFCONS Infrastructure Limited, preparing payment certificates and calculating escalation adjustments. Thiagu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Anna University Chennai and is a Certified Cost Engineer from the Chicago Management Training Institute.
