Terron Gillespie Jr.

Terron (TJ) Gillespie Jr. is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in sales, coaching, and management. Currently serving as the Boys Varsity Head Basketball Coach at Maumee High School and a Security Sales Account Manager at Wadsworth Solutions, TJ brings a strong background in team leadership and customer relations. Previous roles include coaching at Sylvania Southview High School, and various positions in sales and account management at Paycor, ZOLL Medical Corporation, and Cintas. TJ has also contributed to Hoop Smart as a board member, promoting youth mentorship through basketball. Academically, TJ holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Business Management and Educational Leadership from the University of Mount Union.
