Andrew Scott has extensive work experience as a chef and in food development. Andrew is currently the Head of Food at Wadworth, responsible for food innovation and development in managed pubs and consultant to other Wadworth properties. Prior to this, they were the Head Development Chef at Miele GB, where they played a key role in the company's food strategy. Andrew has also served as an Executive Head Chef at Sudbury House Hotel & Restaurant 56, Head Chef at The Curlew Restaurant, and held various chef positions at Mallory Court Hotel, Lords of the Manor hotel, and L'Enclume Restaurant.

Andrew Scott attended Banbury School from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained 7 GCSE's with grades A-C. Andrew then pursued further education at North Oxfordshire College from 1999 to 2002, earning a NVQ level 3 in Catering & Hospitality with a focus on Food and Drink.
