Shafiera Sylma Sose

Shafiera Sylma Sose has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Marketing Internship at Akusara Production in 2015. Shafiera Sylma then had an internship at Homeschooling Kak Seto as a Mental Health Therapist in 2016. In 2017, they were a Market Research Executive at Beehives Consulting. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Executive Search and Assessment Consultant at The Jakarta Consulting Group and as a Marketing Communications at Organa Beauty & Wellbeing. During 2019, they were also an MBA Student at Coventry University London. In 2020, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer at PT Dewi Mayangmanik and Business Development at Wagely.

Shafiera Sylma Sose completed an International Baccalaureate from Bina Nusantara from 2011 to 2014. Shafiera Sylma then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from the University of Nottingham from 2014 to 2017. Finally, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in International Marketing from Coventry University London in 2020.
