William Coley

William "Bill" Coley II is an experienced attorney and public servant currently serving as the Executive Director of FairP2P, a non-profit organization focused on self-regulation in the P2P skill-based gaming sector since January 2022. As the Managing Partner at Coley & Associates, Co., LPA since May 1991, William represents clients in commercial litigation and has contributed to the development of important programs for the Ohio Attorney General's office. Previously, William held the position of State Senator from January 2005 to January 2021, where William "Bill" chaired the Senate Government Oversight and Reform Committee and played a key role in policy development across multiple sectors, including election law and banking. William also served as State Representative, where William "Bill" led the House Financial Institutions, Housing, and Urban Development Committee and was instrumental in educational reform. William holds a JD from Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a BS in Finance from the University of Dayton.
