Alyssa Crisler

Alyssa Crisler currently serves as Talent Manager and Senior Human Resources Specialist at Waggoner Engineering, where responsibilities include managing payroll tasks, applicant screening, and new employee orientation. Additionally, Alyssa is a member of The Black In HR (TM) since December 2022. Previously, Alyssa worked at YoungWilliams as Human Resources Manager and HR Coordinator from May 2018 to December 2022, focusing on payroll processing and onboarding. Earlier experience includes the role of Office Coordinator at Brightside Academy, where duties encompassed customer service, compliance documentation, and payroll reporting. Alyssa holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Mississippi, earned in 2016, and a high school diploma from Terry High School obtained in 2010.
