Dr. Wade M. Larson has an extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Dr. Wade M. served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Wagstaff Incorporated, a global manufacturing company in the aluminum industry. Dr. Wade M. played a crucial role in workforce development and split their time between consulting and developing the future workforce.

Dr. Larson also worked as the Principal Consultant and Owner at Optimal Talent Dynamics, which is a launch from the McNeil Group, LLC. Additionally, they served as an Assistant Professor at Washington State University, an Adjunct Professor at Gonzaga University, and an Adjunct Faculty at Whitworth University.

Dr. Larson was a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council from 2019 to 2022. Dr. Wade M. also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Solano Community College, where they managed the HR function and reported directly to the college president.

Furthermore, Dr. Larson has experience in the field of education. Dr. Wade M. taught online graduate and undergraduate business courses as an Instructor at the University of Phoenix for over 13 years. Dr. Wade M. also held the position of Director of Academic Affairs, where they managed faculty and academic staff and oversaw the delivery of higher education programs. Additionally, they served as the College Chair for the Boise campus, overseeing faculty operations and program growth.

Dr. Larson briefly worked as the Dean of Administration at SEL University. Dr. Wade M. has a strong background in human resources, education, and workforce development.

Dr. Wade M. Larson has a diverse educational background. Dr. Wade M. holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership degree from the University of Phoenix. Prior to this, they obtained an MBA degree with a focus on HR from Willamette University. Dr. Wade M. also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business from Brigham Young University. In addition, Dr. Larson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Brigham Young University - Idaho. Dr. Wade M. has also completed some credits in General studies from Eastern Oregon University. Dr. Larson's educational journey began with completing their high school education at Elgin High School, where they received their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.

Apart from their educational qualifications, Dr. Wade M. Larson has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Notably, they hold the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, which they obtained in January 2021. Dr. Wade M. is also a certified SHRM Recertification Provider. In 2018, Dr. Larson became a certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker through the John Maxwell Certified Speaker Trainer and Coach program.
