Andrea LaBonté has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Andrea is currently working as a Customer Experience Manager at Wagz, Inc., where they are responsible for strategic planning and day-to-day customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Andrea worked as a Program Coordinator and Academic Advisor at the University of New Hampshire's Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Andrea also had roles at Wagz, Inc. as a Product Marketing Specialist and Social Outreach Marketing Intern. Additionally, Andrea worked as a Research Assistant at Modern Work Lab, a Restaurant Server at Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel, and an Intern at Star Restaurant Group. Andrea has also held various roles at the University of New Hampshire, including being a Dean's Ambassador, Peer Advisor, and Undergraduate Student. Andrea's work experience also includes being a Contributing Editor at Odyssey, a Banquet Server at Gillette Stadium, and a Teaching Assistant for Ethics and Society at the University of New Hampshire.

Andrea LaBonté's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Andrea attended the college from 2015 to 2019. After completing their undergraduate studies, Andrea pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Public Administration at the UNH Carsey School of Public Policy, starting in 2020. Andrea'shigh school education was completed at Nashoba Regional High School, where they obtained a diploma in General Studies from 2011 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Andrea has also obtained certifications. In May 2016, they received the ServSafe Responsible Alcohol Service Program certification from ServSafe Certified. Furthermore, in November 2015, Andrea obtained the ServSafe Food Handler certification from the same institution.
