Steve Borowick

Steve Borowick has extensive experience in UX design, with a focus on creating innovative products and improving user experiences. Steve currently serves as the UX Design Lead at Wagz, Inc. since September 2020. Prior to their current role, they worked at Bamboo Rose as the Product Design Lead for their B2B SaaS marketplace platform, where they led the UX design of a new mobile app and implemented platform improvements resulting in increased product views and reduced design-to-delivery cycle. Before that, they were a Sr. UI/UX Designer at Laddawn, Inc. responsible for designing a new B2B eCommerce platform. Steve also worked as a UX Consultant at The Big Studio, where they designed mobile and desktop apps for various clients. Early in their career, they worked at Fidelity Investments as a Sr. UX Designer and co-invented the patented myPlan, which helped millions of Americans develop retirement savings plans and contributed to a $192 million increase in new 401K savings for Fidelity in the first year of production.

Steve Borowick graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 1993 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various fields such as customer experience, service innovation, UX research, and UX planning and implementation. These certifications were obtained in 2020.
