Natasha Aina

Natasha Aina currently serves as the Manager of Occupational Health, Safety & Wellness at Weeneebayko Area Health Authority, where responsibilities include developing and implementing health and safety programs, managing the disability management program, and overseeing staff immunization initiatives. In addition to this role, Natasha has been a Registered Nurse with Health Canada since November 2014. Natasha previously held the position of Bargaining Union President with ONA, where duties involved facilitating labour relations meetings, addressing employee grievances, and collaborating with human resources and the Labour Relations Officer to ensure adherence to collective agreements. Natasha is pursuing a Masters of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nursing Education at Trinity Western University, building on a BScN degree obtained from the University of Windsor.
